Indoor drone inspections

We inspect hard-to-reach areas in building interiors and confined spaces in industrial sites or underground systems. We carry out inspections with a special anti-collision drone, thanks to which we eliminate the risk of injuries and significantly reduce the time and money required for risky inspections. Thanks to the drone, there is no need to build scaffolding, use a forklift or special protective equipment for working in confined spaces.

Inspection of roof structures and trusses

Inspection of roof structures and trusses

In cooperation with PEEM, we provide inspection, structural assessment, design and implementation of reinforced concrete and steel structures in industrial operations. This enables us to provide you with a detailed diagnosis of the technical condition of the beams as well as their rehabilitation. Reinforcement of the trusses will extend their service life by many years and thus bring considerable savings compared to a complete reconstruction of the building.

Prevention for the safety of your operation and employees

  • Inspection includes all visible structures, including those difficult to reach
  • Inspection may be carried out without interrupting operations, depending on the amount of dusti
  • Data is assessed by an experienced structural engineer
  • Data is easily accessible to the client and other collaborating professions in a 3D online viewer
  • The inspection includes a 3D survey of the actual building condition
Identify the problem before it becomes critical

Identify the problem before it becomes critical

We use an anti-collision drone to survey objects with limited accessibility or increased risks for human personnel. The drone has a high quality 4K camera, thermal camera, mobile 3D laser scanner (LIDAR) and strong light. This allows us to safely inspect, for example:

  • confined spaces of industrial tanks, gas storages or piping systems
  • industrial silos, conveyors
  • cable ducts, collectors, tunnels, mines
  • power plant boilers, vents, HVAC, chimneys
  • faults, deformations, heat leaks
Smooth job for smooth production

Smooth job for smooth production

  1. Reconnaissance of the object
  2. Determination of risks
  3. Determination of the inspection schedule (in operation or during shutdown)
  4. The actual inspection by an anti-collision drone
  5. Data processing and assessment by an experienced structural engineer
  6. Report identifying the defects and proposing a solution
