We efficiently create a digital twins of technological units and facilities according to your needs by modeling from a point cloud created by 3D laser scanning in specialized softwares. By converting the point cloud into a 3D model, you get an accurate documentation of the current state of the facility, which you can import to your CAD or BIM software and start projecting on. For a detailed description of all parts of the technology, we use standardized elements such as beams, flanges, etc., or simple solids such as a block, plane or cylinder. The model which represents the shapes and dimensions can also hold attributes and data to create an information model of the facility.

Our engineers have many years of experience in point cloud modelling for large multinational companies as well as smaller operations. They have the necessary knowledge of technology elements and structures. Before starting 3D modelling, they always assess which solution will be optimal for a particular project. The goal is to create a virtual model of the object with minimal loss of information about its dimensions and shape, which can be enhanced with specifications and metadata to create a digital twin of the facility.

A 3D model of the actual condition will allow the design of changes to simulate real situations that may arise during the implementation of modifications. In this way, you can prevent the problems that would otherwise have to be solved during construction.

We create models based on data captured by our 3D laser scanning team, or on point clouds supplied by the client. If the vectorization is done from data captured by us, we guarantee the quality and accuracy from the laser scanning survey on. If the point cloud supplied by the client, we will analyse the data and assess whether it is sufficient for the required modelling specification.

The 3D model is created directly in our company in the Czech Republic and the data is not sent to a third party for processing.
